OUR APPROACH
Make no mistake, team communication in our hybrid work spaces has diminished. Team members struggle to effectively communicate ideas, collaborate across hybrid tools, and listen with attentiveness. Our Improv-based facilitation is about creating an environment that is warm, supportive, welcoming, and low-pressure.

WHAT IS APPLIED IMPROV?
As ComedySportz performers, we use our improvisation skills onstage to get people laughing. Offstage, we use them to run a successful business. We specialize in teaching people HOW to use improvisation techniques in their work lives. You’ll get the essential communication and listening skills that will consistently improve the quality of your work, home and social relationships. That’s what we call Applied Improvisation.
Our Signature Workshop
WHERE WE START: A fun, interactive, non performance-based workshop, filled with improv-based exercises and relevant reflections. Each exercise builds off the next, to reveal the highly refined system of habits and skills that allow improvisers to work together to entertain audiences with little to no time to prepare. All sessions involve multiple small group exercises, partner work, and large group exercises. Coaches create a supportive, non-competitive experience and facilitate a low-stakes learning environment. The environment is inclusive and supportive in nature. The activities foster relationships while building positive connections.
