ComedySportz Indianapolis has been the number one comedy location in Indy for over 27 years. Imagine all the excitement of hearing your suggestions used in improv scenes and games live on your computer. The performers will be interacting with you on the Zoom platform.
It’s an all-ages comedy event that you’ll be talking about for days.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Like our normal matches performed at our theater, ComedySportz Home Edition is for everyone. Our “brown bag foul” is still enforced, so you know that what you see will bring laughs to the entire family without worrying about content.

The technology that we use allows us to only broadcast performers. Nobody, including us, will be able to see your camera. If you have more questions, check out the Zoom website.
WHAT ARE OTHERS SAYING ABOUT HOME EDITION?
It’s hard being isolated from others, feeling limited in activities outside of exercise and movies/TV. I felt annoyed at times and frustrated that I could not change the circumstances. ComedySportz was a breath of fresh air. It was fun to engage by giving input regarding the entertainment and watch the teams creatively compete. During the match, we started using our brain creatively to make ComedySportz more entertaining for us. It brought us together as a family, and left us laughing the day after the competition. We look forward to adding ComedySportz to our options of things to do during the Stay at Home order. We love that we can gather around the television as a family!!

I have realized I’m a more socially active person that I thought. I enjoy fun and friends, and adventure! Trying to figure out what all the new social rules actually meant for me. You can go to the park/outdoors but stay socially distant….no, wait everyone needs to stay home. So “should I stay or should I go” as the Clash have asked! Real life, right now social interaction and some goofiness! Improv already has the element of the unknown what’s going to happen but then you add in technology that doesn’t always cooperate and you just don’t know what might happen:). I knew I made the right choice when I was laughing out loud and was reading the others suggestions in the chat section. I look forward to more fun. I really want to support small businesses during this time and ComedySportz has been a part of my life and celebrations for years. However, I too have currently lost my job so I must be frugal with entertainment spending.

There is a lot of anxiety and a lack of connecting with others. It’s frustrating because there are no easy answers. I knew it was working when I laughed hard for the first time in awhile; the laughter kept flowing and I enjoying something with my wife.
