COMEDY IN THE MAKING | REC LEAGUE
The Rec League is a full ComedySportz match made up of CSz Indianapolis Education students who have progressed through instruction in the Level 4 Rec League class. They’re ready to compete for the laughs of friends and family…and you!
As with all ComedySportz Matches, Rec League performances are appropriate for all ages.
Doors open 30 minutes before match time.

IMPROV COMEDY FOR ALL AGES
Rec League (a 400-Level class in our educational program) covers the performance of ComedySportz, an improvised comedy event for audiences of all ages. The workshop runs for 10 weeks, 4 weeks of which are performances in front of an audience.
NO MINIMUM AGES. NO MINIMUM PURCHASES.
Rec League performances are set up just like our professional ComedySportz matches. Performances are for all ages. And unlike some other comedy clubs, we have no food or drink minimums at our venue. We are carry an assortment of ballpark-style snacks, craft and domestic beers, wine, cider, and Coca-Cola products.
WILL I GET PICKED ON AT YOUR SHOW? CONVERSELY, CAN I TEASE THE PERFORMERS?
No. All ComedySportz matches, including performances for The Rec League are interactive – we ask for suggestions and occasionally volunteers – but we never force anyone to participate. Promise. Think of it more like theater than stand-up.
Also, please remember that all performers in our Rec League ComedySportz matches are students. As such, we’re all learning and doing our best. So come in for some fun, and put your best foot forward as an audience member. (So please, no heckling.)
